Gratitude
I am grateful for you!
This month I want to take the opportunity to express my deep gratitude for you.
Thank you for your trust in me as a member of your health care team.
Thank you for your continued support and flexibility with the changes we have made in choosing to forgo insurance this year.
We at BIH have worked hard to offer you exceptional customer service so that your needs are met and that you feel cared for, as you deserve to be.
Thank you for referring friends, family and even strangers to me.
Thank your for your dedication to your health and healing.
My goal is to help you achieve optimal health so that you can go out and share your gifts and talents with the world!
When I feel gratitude for you, my heart swells, my mind clears and I am fully present with the feeling of love.
This month I want to offer 25% off on all supplements and 10% off on all IV’s as my gift of appreciation for you.
If you should also feel inspired to share your gratitude with others, I know you will feel the reward inside of you.
It’s free, it’s easy and it’s healthy!
Health and Gratitude
The benefits of gratitude are abundant. Studies have been done on the health benefits of having a gratitude practice, especially when physically writing down what you are thankful for.
One of my favorite gratitude practices is from the book ‘The Magic’ by Rhonda Byrne. This book was recommended to me by Karen at the office and not only have I felt the rewards of this practice personally but those I have shared this book with have also felt the abundant gifts that gratitude has to offer.
This 28 day guided practice is truly transformative in the abundance of life.
I recommend this to anyone interested in feeling more deeply, loving more fully and receiving the gifts we have available all around us.
