With the “active” exercising season upon us and warmer weather and longer days nourishing us, how are you feeling with your workouts? Do you feel energized and recover easily? Do you feel depleted, injured and inflamed?
I hear from many of you that you are ramping up your exercise, training for something new, pushing yourself to the next level or simply trying to regain strength and health this summer season, therefore I wanted to give you a few ideas to he...

The summer air has finally arrived! Many of us have been anxiously awaiting that warm touch on our skin and the fresh breeze in our hair. I can see you all now, taking your road trips with your family and friends, commuting with more ease and relaxation with the windows rolled down to catch the rays of light between working hours. How about sitting in a drive through waiting for a yummy ice cream cone (that is a trick question as you shouldn’t be eating a s...

As a follow-up to my “Stress, Friend or Foe” Newsletter last month, I thought it would be appropriate to write about a topic that is an epidemic in our society, at least our American society, which is Insomnia. Mitochondrial Restoration

Why am I so tired?
Why does my body feel so achy?
Why does my brain seem so foggy and I can’t remember simple things anymore?

I guess I am just getting old!

Sometimes no matter how hard you work at caring for yourself physically, emotionally and spiritually, your energetic being simply isn’t in alignment.
How frustrating to be given this wonderful opportunity to be human, yet not feel that you are living up to your potential.

What a beautiful month to honor our precious heart both physically and emotionally!

Not only is this a good time to remember to care for your cardiovascular system that keeps your blood flowing but also a reminder to love more boldly and expansively.

Many of you may consider February a “hallmark” holiday month but I personally embrace the idea of spreading more love. This month gives us all pause to reflect upon the love we have and the love we bring into our...

“ I have a New Years Resolution! (again)
“ I am finally going to get off sugar”
“ I am going to lose 20 pounds over the next few months”

As exciting and promising this sounds to me and to all of you, the reality of making changes that are lasting can be very challenging. Many of us have the desire to make a change, or two or three, but in the end, we go back to our same routines and pat...
